Our History
Evidence-Based Associates (EBA) was founded in 2004 to support states and localities in implementing evidence-based programs (EBPs) with high fidelity. Led by a leadership team skilled in managing large-scale initiatives, EBA provides oversight, technical support, and coordination for effective program delivery. From the start, EBA has focused on adopting top-tier EBPs and remains committed to delivering measurable results—enhancing public safety, improving youth and family outcomes, and reducing system costs. EBA's experience and expertise in the design, implementation, and sustainment of system reform initiatives is unmatched.
Our Core Values

We streamline implementation processes to help agencies deliver proven programs quickly and with lasting impact.

Our approach helps partners serve more youth using fewer resources—without compromising outcomes or quality.

We minimize implementation risk by ensuring fidelity, training, and ongoing support for every program we help launch.

We use performance-based strategies to ensure programs meet goals, deliver results, and improve system outcomes.
Our Philosophy
Centered on the belief that children thrive when surrounded by loving families and supportive communities, Evidence-Based Associates (EBA) strives to support families and strengthen communities through evidence-based practices, programs, and policies. EBA seeks to provide thought leadership and partnership to child-serving agencies, such as Juvenile Justice systems, to help bring about effective system reform.
By partnering with innovative system leaders, EBA aims to design and implement programs and projects that increase access to top-tier, research-proven, community-based programs -- for families who need them most.
Our team is dedicated to making these improvements in quality and effectiveness through the use of performance-based contracts or other mechanisms that promote accountability. We are dedicated to finding the resources, services, and programs that will better the lives of vulnerable children, youth and their families.
